SAVI Terms Of Use

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SAVI. SAVI is provided by Andreus Bello-Lif from the United States. By downloading or using SAVI, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. If you do not agree, do not use SAVI.

These Terms do not waive consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. SAVI is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use SAVI only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. In the EEA, a user below the locally applicable digital-consent age may not enable optional cloud processing without any consent required by local law.

What SAVI Does

SAVI helps you save and organize links, screenshots, PDFs, files, notes, images, audio, places, and other digital items so you can find them later. SAVI is a personal organization tool. It does not give you ownership of content created by someone else.

License And SAVI Ownership

Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable license terms, SAVI gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, defeat security controls, extract source code except where law expressly permits it, or use SAVI to build a competing service.

SAVI and its software, designs, branding, documentation, and service technology remain the property of the provider and applicable licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

Your Content And Responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you save. You give SAVI only the limited, non-exclusive, purpose-bound permission needed to process your content on your device and, when you expressly enable an optional cloud feature, to transmit and process eligible minimized content solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain that requested feature. This permission ends when the processing and applicable retention described in the Privacy Policy end.

You are responsible for the content you save, export, open, or share and for having the rights needed to do so. You agree not to use SAVI to break the law, violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights, distribute malware or phishing content, attack or overload the service, evade security or usage controls, or interfere with other users or systems.

Protect your iPhone, exports, and backups. Before deleting SAVI or changing devices, export anything you want to keep. Data you export or send to another app is handled by the destination you choose.

Third-Party Content And Services

SAVI may display, save, or open links and material from websites, apps, or services that SAVI does not control. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and content apply independently. A link, preview, source name, or folder suggestion does not mean SAVI endorses or has verified the destination or its claims. You are responsible for deciding whether to open, save, share, or rely on third-party material.

If you believe material used with SAVI infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough information to identify the material and your rights. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial records, Private Vault items, or other sensitive content.

SAVI Sense

SAVI Sense may suggest titles, summaries, folders, or tags. Cloud SAVI Sense is optional and requires your permission. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing important results before relying on them.

SAVI may apply reasonable request limits, integrity checks, and abuse controls to protect the service. You may not attempt to bypass those controls or use automated access that is not expressly supported.

No Professional Advice

SAVI does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Saved material and SAVI Sense suggestions are for personal organization only. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that require professional judgment.

Security And Data Incidents

SAVI uses safeguards intended to protect the information it processes, but no app, device, network, storage system, or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. You are responsible for your device passcode, device access, exports, backups, and the destinations to which you send content.

If SAVI determines that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, SAVI will investigate, take reasonable corrective steps, and provide any required notices. Reporting a suspected SAVI security issue to [email protected] helps SAVI investigate it. Do not publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability in a way that creates additional risk.

Availability, Changes, And Force Majeure

SAVI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. SAVI may suspend access to cloud features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

To the extent permitted by law, SAVI is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including internet or cloud outages, platform changes, government action, natural disasters, labor events, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that SAVI will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit excluding.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVI and the provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to SAVI, even if advised that such loss was possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of SAVI and the provider for all claims arising from or related to SAVI will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for SAVI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights and, where applicable, liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. The limitations do not override a person's right to compensation where Article 82 of the GDPR or another mandatory law applies.

Limited Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, if your intentional unlawful use of SAVI or your intentional infringement of another person's rights causes a third-party claim against SAVI or the provider, you will be responsible for the reasonable direct costs and damages finally awarded from that claim. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law and does not require you to indemnify SAVI for SAVI's own wrongdoing.

Apple Terms

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for SAVI. To the extent any warranty exists and SAVI fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund any applicable purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for SAVI.

The provider, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to SAVI, including product-liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer- protection, and intellectual-property claims, except to the extent applicable law says otherwise. Apple and its subsidiaries are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions once you accept them.

Ending Use

You may stop using SAVI at any time. You can revoke cloud permission and delete SAVI Sense cloud data from the app. You can delete local saves or remove the app from your device. SAVI may restrict cloud access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or where needed to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a non-urgent private dispute, you and SAVI agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after written notice. Send notice to [email protected] with your contact information, a description of the issue, and the resolution requested. This process does not prevent either party from seeking emergency relief, reporting to a regulator, using small-claims court, or exercising a right that law does not permit delaying.

Governing Law And Venue

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes related to SAVI are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the informal process above, exclusive venue will be the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction or any mandatory right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to contact a consumer, privacy, or other government authority.

General Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent, but SAVI may assign them in connection with a lawful reorganization, financing, or transfer of the app or business, subject to applicable notice requirements.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's applicable license terms are the entire agreement about your use of SAVI and replace prior statements on that subject. Headings are for convenience only.

Changes To These Terms

If these Terms materially change, SAVI will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law expressly permits otherwise.
